Shipping & Handling

The time for order delivery is divided into two parts:

  • Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality, check and packaging. All orders are usually sent to our Courier for dispatch within 48 business hours after the order is placed and payment is received. This timeframe may be delayed by an additional 48 business ours if we are running promotions or over the Christmas period.
  • Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination.

 

AUSTRALIA & New Zealand
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1-3 Weeks for delivery.

USA & Canada
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1-4 Weeks for delivery.

U.K & EUROPE
Standard Secured Shipping & Insurance takes 1-4 Weeks for delivery.

 

** Some products might be shipped out separately and arrive at different times because we have warehouses in different locations such as China, Singapore, Australia and England. Where your item comes from depends on our stock levels at other locations. **

Note that for some countries, shipping may take longer than estimated.

Depending volume of orders and we are receiving and courier issues during COVID-19, your shipment may take longer than usual. Rest assured, we are working hard to get everything out ASAP. We know it may be frustrating to wait longer than expected for your order, but the one thing we don’t want to do is sacrifice is the quality of our products. Thanks for understanding.

Changes Request
If you need to make changes to your order, please email us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will be happy to make the required changes. If your order has already been shipped we will not be able to change it unfortunately. Please make sure to check you have selected the right size and colour to avoid disappointment.

Return To Sender
If your item is returned to sender due to: Non collection from post office within the 14 day period Australia Post allow or Because of you supplying incorrect address. The reshipping fee's will become your responsibility and wont be reshipped until you pay the shipping charge as we will not be charged the cost because of your error or inability to pick your item up from the post office.

Refunds on the product because the item was returned to sender will also not be processed.
